What does render cleaning cost in Northern Ireland?

Size of the property
A three bed semi is a very different job to a large detached house with multiple gables. More wall area means more product and more time.
How much growth there is
A light green film cleans up quickly. Years of heavy black staining and thick lichen need a stronger treatment and sometimes a return visit.
The finish
Silicone K-Rend, painted render, pebble dash and harling each need a slightly different approach, and older or delicate finishes take more care.
Access
Easy ground-level access is straightforward. Tight side passages, conservatories, and hard-to-reach gables add time to the job.
